Proactive Customer Satisfaction Improvement

  • Customer initiated feedback is immediately assessed, recorded and action is taken as required to resolve any concern or need.
  • An on-line web based Customer Satisfaction Survey is used to obtain ongoing customer satisfaction feedback and information.
  • The GE MDS Customer Satisfaction Committee reviews all customer satisfaction information/data to identify and implement product, process and/or service improvements.
  • Customer Satisfaction metrics monitor customer ratings of their satisfaction versus expectation, in regards to GE MDS products, processes and services.
