Management Platform

TransIt NMS is a Windows™ based network management tool. It creates the framework to access and manage a network of numerous legacy protocols such as SNA, BSC, SLIP, X.25, X.28, etc. It provides a single point of management, and an integrated view of the network.

• Use the auto start feature to poll the network devices in one easy step.
• View the status of the entire network - on a single map.
• View priority, date and time of occurrence, and descriptions of problems affecting your network devices with the alarm manager.
• Monitor device events and take appropriate action(s).
• Communicate with NM-200 master stations over a IP or X.25 networks

Desktop Mangement

The desktop management tools in the TransIt NMS automate traditionally tedious and time-consuming tasks such as configuration, hardware and software inventories, and software distribution. In addition, TransIt NMS desktop management applications provide retrieval, monitoring, and administration of security, fault, and performance data.

• Access all available attributes from any TransIt remote or base station
• Upgrade the software on any remote or base Station in the network.
• Identify the names and the versions of software running on neworked remotes or base stations.
• Configure security features limiting access to the system

TransIt NMS WAN

TransIt NMS allows you to manage multiple cells simultaneously over X.25, IP or a local serial connection.
