Request Demo Equipment

GE MDS is pleased to offer you and your company the opportunity to obtain demonstration equipment for the purpose of a technical evaluation. The equipment you request will be made available for a limited time based on your geographic location. This time frame is standard for all product requests across our product portfolio. Please refer to the table below:

Geographical Location: Equipment Loan Period
Continental US / Canada: 45 Days
International: 60 Days

All demo requests are required to have a company issued PO. The company PO must be e-mailed to MDSdemo@ge.com. At the end of the loan period, you will be instructed to return the material or you will be charged the current list price for the products obtained against your supplied PO. Under certain conditions you may request an extension to the loan period. Written approval to these requests must be granted by the Demo department by contacting MDSdemo@ge.com. Once a demo request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with a demo number. Please use this number whenever calling GE MDS in regards to the materials obtained. This number will also be required when the material is returned to GE MDS.
