Training

To assist customers beyond a purchase, GE MDS offers regularly scheduled Product and Application training sessions at our Rochester, NY office as well as online in our Virtual Classroom.

Product Conversions

Needs change as companies and networks grow, and your GE MDS radios can evolve to meet these new needs. Upon request we will reconfigure your equipment using the same dependable, high quality workmanship employed when your product was originally manufactured.

Licensing

GE MDS radios operate in the 400 MHz and 900 MHz bands. Attaining an FCC license in these frequencies can be complicated and lengthy, so our Technical Services group is available to help through the entire process.

Warranties

GE MDS offers a number of warranty services on the products we sell including a Standard Product Warranty, LEDR Product Warranty, Extended Warranty options, and supplemental Non-Warranty services.
