What forms of payment are accepted?

We can currently accept:

Does GE Digital Energy – MDS offer international training and in foreign languages?

As a global provider, GE MDS adheres to the strict travel guidelines of the United Sates Government. We will not train in countries listed on the US Gov Warning list. To views this list, please visit http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/tw/tw_1764.html We can offer training in most languages provided a Technical Translator can be hired for the proposed language. *Note: Course duration and price is subject to change based on a required translator. 

Do you offer virtual training online?

We are currently restructuring our virtual online training program to include a full and comprehensive course offering.  Once these courses are available online, they will be posted to our website at: http://www.gemds.com/services/ProductApplicationTraining/technicaltrainingschedule.html

I need to get re-certified. Do I need to take the entire course again?

No. All re-certifications can be obtained by simply re-taking the exam. Students have two attempts at the exam before attendance to the class is made mandatory. I am scheduled to come to Rochester, NY for training. How can I get information/assistance with hotels, car rentals, meals, etc…

I have already attended training and now need to take my exam online. How do I proceed?

GE Digitial Energy -MDS encourages all students to participate in the exam immediate following our review section of the course. However, if you did not take your exam while here, you can log into your testing account at: http://www.measuredsuccessonline.com/.

Can training be completed at my company’s location instead of in Rochester, NY?

Yes, we can bring basic level product training to your location. However, “certification” level training must be completed at our headquarters in Rochester, NY.
